I held my breath last week as we sent out a survey to customers. Weâve done these in the past, and they usually come back positive. Frankly, they come back too positive.
Engagement rates, like “likes” and comments are also down. Even stalwart post types like job opportunities and hiring are down from historical averages. We used to see 2,000 or more people on a staffing Page see such a post. Now, in record unemployment, we see about 500.
Lots of businesses have social media calendars. Few of them are very effective because they feel like something written 30 days ago â because they were.
